Facilities pay nothing: being listed and receiving brand enquiries is free. Brands send their requirements for free, and pay only if they ask us to run the sourcing service described below.
Your listing, any correction to it, and every brand enquiry we send you. There is no fee, no subscription and no share of the business you do with a brand. We do not sell placement or featured listings.
When a brand has paid us to run its search and its project fits what you run, we email you a description of it: product, format, volume, timing, recipe stage and what the brand is asking for, with a few short questions. Your written answer goes to the brand with your facility's name and published contact details, and the brand contacts you directly.
When a description does not name the brand, reply “send it” if you want the enquiry: we then send you the brand's name, its contact details and its full message, usually within the hour.
An enquiry is never exclusive: a brand's search goes to every facility that fits. Answering costs you nothing.
An enquiry is a request for a quote, not an order. We do not guarantee that the brand will reply, accept your quote or go into production. We pass on what the brand wrote; we do not check its recipe, its funding or its regulatory status.
Use them only to answer that enquiry. Do not resell them, share them or add them to a mailing list: the brand gave them to be contacted about its project, and for nothing else.
One email is enough to stop receiving enquiries, at any time. Your listing stays free either way, and you can ask us to correct it whenever you like.
Sending your requirements, and our reply. Within two business days we tell you how many facilities in our database fit your project. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing, and nothing is sent to any facility without your go-ahead.
For a fixed fee of $99 (US dollars), which we confirm in our reply to your request: We contact every facility in our database that could run your project, and we get each one's answer in writing: whether it can take your volume, its minimum for your format, and its lead time when it gives one. Within 15 business days, you receive the facilities' names, their written answers and their contact details.
We only offer it when at least two facilities in our database could plausibly take your project.
The fee is paid by card through a secure Stripe payment link, before the work starts. If no facility confirms in writing, within 15 business days, that it can take your project, we refund you in full.
We report what the facilities write. We do not negotiate prices, develop formulas, inspect facilities or guarantee that a facility will work with you. We are not a manufacturer and we do not quote.
The facilities we contact for your project pay us nothing. No facility can pay to be recommended to you.

If you disagree with a charge, write to contact@findyourcopacker.com before anything else. We answer within two business days, and when the case is unclear, we refund.
If these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. A purchase always follows the terms in force on the day it was made.
