US beverage contract manufacturing

Most co-packers won't run under 2,000 cases. A few will run one pallet.

Nobody publishes minimums. Brands spend weeks calling around to find out, and co-packers field enquiries they were never going to take. We publish the numbers, with the source and the date we checked.

The spread

Where the minimums actually sit

The gap between the smallest and the largest run this market will accept is roughly a hundredfold. Almost none of it is published.

Logarithmic. Filled markers are minimums published by a named facility; hollow markers are the category norms quoted across the industry. A pallet is plotted at its approximate case equivalent.

Why this exists

Three numbers decide the shortlist

Minimum run, whether formulation is included, and lead time. A brand that knows those three can rule out two-thirds of the market in an afternoon instead of six weeks of calls.

They're almost never published. Directories list a company name and a sentence. Consultancies hold the information behind a contact form. So the calls get made anyway, to the wrong facilities.

How we handle what we don't know

Gaps are marked, not filled

Every entry carries its source and the date it was last checked. Where a figure isn't published, the cell says so. We don't estimate a minimum and present it as fact — a wrong number here costs somebody a wasted quarter.

Run a facility? Send us your current numbers and we'll correct the entry, with your name on it. No charge, no listing fee.

If you're launching a drink

Find a co-packer that will take your run size

Tell us the product and the volume. We come back with facilities that can actually run it — not a list of everyone in the state.

We pass your requirements to facilities that match. No fee to you, ever.

If you run a line

See which brands are about to need capacity

Every week: beverage brands that raised, launched a SKU, won a retail listing or hired into operations. Each of those usually precedes a production decision by 60 to 90 days.

Free tier: the week's counts and what's moving in the category.
Paid tier: the names, the contacts, and why the timing matters.

Weekly. Unsubscribe in one click. We never pass your details to a brand without asking you first.

Where we've published so far

Florida first, because it holds the lowest published minimums in the country. Other states follow as the data holds up.
