Only what you enter in one of our forms. That is professional information: your company, work email, product type, run volume, format, timeline, and the notes you add. We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, personal information unrelated to your business.
The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of serving them.
If you're a brand using the requirements form: we pass the details you send to the co-packing facilities that match what you described, so they can quote you. That is the entire purpose of the form. We do not publish your enquiry.
If you're a co-packer subscribing to the weekly signals: we use your email to send you that newsletter. We do not pass your details to a brand without asking you first.
We keep submissions only as long as needed to act on them and to run the service, and we delete them on request. Every record carries the date and source it came from.
You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@findyourcopacker.com and we will act on it. These rights apply under the EU GDPR and, for US recipients, alongside applicable state privacy laws.
The weekly signals newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe in every issue, and we honour opt-outs promptly. We do not use false or misleading subject lines or headers, in line with the US CAN-SPAM Act.
