Eighteen facilities run cold brew or ready-to-drink coffee. The list splits sharply between coffee specialists who roast and brew for you, and canners who will fill what you deliver. Which one you need depends on a single technical question: how your product stays shelf-stable.
Published minimums first, then alphabetical. Four entries are mobile canners — they bring the line to your site, so a run minimum does not apply in the usual sense.

Cold brew is low-acid, which means it will not keep itself. There are three routes to a shelf-stable can, and they decide which facility you can use: aseptic filling, extended shelf life processing, or high-pressure processing. Mountaintop Beverage in West Virginia runs aseptic and ESL. Others rely on refrigeration and short dating.
The second split is roasting. Westrock Coffee in Arkansas runs a 570,000 sq ft roast-to-RTD plant it describes as the largest in North America — they take green coffee and hand you a finished can. Prospectors in Michigan brews and cans cold brew and nothing else, producing for Biggby among others. Snowing in Space in Virginia does co-brew as well as co-pack.
At the other end, four mobile canners will fill coffee you have already brewed, on your own site. That is the cheapest route into a can if you already have the liquid.
Across the 217 facilities we track nationally, 27 publish a minimum — about one in eight. Cold brew sits close to that rate: two of eighteen.
The Nations Brewing in Nashville publishes 400 cases, and Organic Food Incubator in New Jersey publishes 600 units. Both are small enough for a genuine first run, and both appear on this list because they treat RTD coffee as a real category rather than an afterthought.
Ask about shelf life before you ask about price. A quote for a refrigerated 30-day product and a quote for a shelf-stable aseptic one are not comparable, and the difference decides your entire distribution model.
"We can run coffee" and "we roast coffee" are different offers. Westrock, Prospectors and Snowing in Space work with the coffee itself. Most others on this list fill a liquid you supply. Both are valid — but only one saves you finding a roaster.
The mobile canners change the maths entirely. If you already brew, four operators here will bring a canning line to your door and charge by the visit rather than by the case. For a first run, that is often the shortest path to a shelf.
16 of these 18 publish no minimum at all — you can't size them up without asking. Tell us your volume once and we'll ask them for you.
