Alphabetical. Lofted Spirits is the only one to name a figure, and it names it softly — as a general rule we work best with commitments of at least 300 barrels, with no period attached. The capacity gap between the four is wide: read the notes before assuming any of them fits a small first run.

Kentucky’s co-packing follows its signature industry. Bardstown, the self-styled bourbon capital of the world, holds two contract bottlers: Lofted Spirits — whose Bardstown Bourbon Co. arm has contract-distilled for Jefferson’s and High West — runs past ten million bottles a year with an expansion aimed at thirty-five million, and Strong Spirits bottles in licensed, bonded facilities with in-house batching, blending and proofing.
Louisville covers the other half of the market. Manna Beverages runs cold fill, hot fill, tunnel pasteurisation, retort and aseptic across juices, carbonated drinks and RTDs, alcoholic and not. Flavorcraft runs a dedicated beverage line for RTD teas, flavoured waters, energy drinks and alcoholic RTDs, from 100 ml to a gallon, SQF Level 2 and Organic.
For a spirits or RTD-cocktail brand, that makes Kentucky one of the more complete states in this database. For juice or water, Louisville is the only stop.
Not one of the four publishes a minimum run, a lead time or, with one exception, a contact email. Every conversation here starts with a form.
The scale question matters more than usual. Lofted is built for millions of bottles; a first run of a few thousand needs their floor stated before anything else. Strong Spirits runs a high-speed 50 ml line — the miniatures format — alongside specialty and hand lines, which suggests more flexibility on run size, but they publish nothing either.

Contract distilling and contract bottling are different purchases. Several Bardstown houses will distil whiskey for you; the two on this page are listed for bottling and packaging finished liquid. If you need liquid produced, ask that question separately.
Ask Lofted about timing. Their bottling expansion is announced as fully operational in the second quarter of 2026 — capacity may be committed as it comes online. State your volume and window in the first message.
