Five facilities, and all five sit in the western half of the state — four of them inside the Grand Rapids–Holland corridor. Metro Detroit, the state's largest population centre by a wide margin, has none we've been able to verify.

Two facilities in Holland, one in Hudsonville, one in Caledonia — that's four inside roughly forty minutes of Grand Rapids. The fifth, Bainbridge, sits in Coloma in the state's south-west corner. Metro Detroit, with over half the state's population, produced no verified beverage co-packer in our research.
That mirrors where Michigan's brewing and food-processing industry actually sits rather than where its people do, and it has a practical consequence: if you're a Detroit-area brand, your nearest option is a two-to-three hour drive, and shipping liquid is heavy and expensive.
The list is also unusually specialised. Prospectors does cold brew and nothing else. CraftCo is effectively a spirits bottler. Bainbridge is cold-press juice. Only New Holland and Proper cover a broad category range — and those are the two hardest to verify.
New Holland has a number attached to it — roughly 50 barrels, about 600 cases. We show it greyed rather than highlighted, because it reached us through a third-party source while their own contract page returned an error.
That distinction is the point of this database. A figure a facility puts on its own site is a commitment you can quote back to them. A figure someone else reports is a starting point for a conversation. We don't blur the two, so Michigan counts as zero published — one of several states, alongside North Carolina, where no facility names its own floor.
Three of these five have verification caveats — a blocked site, a broken certificate, an unreachable contract page. That's high for a five-facility state, and worth knowing before you plan around any of them.
New Holland's 600 cases is not their published figure. Treat it as an indication, not a quote. Ask them to confirm the current batch minimum directly — the number may well be right, but it isn't theirs on the record.
Bainbridge may not co-pack for third parties at all. The offer appears in directory listings but not clearly on their own site. If they're your closest option geographically, confirm that basic question first.
