A mobile canning operator brings the line to you: a trailer or truck-mounted seamer that sets up at your brewery, cidery, or kitchen for a day. The operator owns the seamer, the depalletizer, sometimes a filler — mounted on a trailer or box truck. They drive to your site, hook into your tank or keg, and can your batch on the spot. You supply the beverage and usually the empty cans; they supply the line, the labor, and the expertise to run it.
No capital outlay for a canning line, no need to truck a finished batch to a co-packer's facility and back. Common among craft breweries, cideries, and kombucha makers who brew on-site but never invested in packaging equipment.
