Four of New Jersey's 8 facilities exist specifically to serve small and early-stage brands: MetaBrand and Hillside both say so directly, Organic Food Incubator is built around startups by name, and South Amboy Kitchen runs as a shared-use facility. That's an unusually high concentration of small-run-friendly operators for one state.
Sitting alongside them are two facilities running national-scale volume — LiDestri's roughly 40M cases a year and USBP's 50M+ — plus Bevcraft USA, a formerly independent canner now backed by an Irish group's mobile fleet across six states.
The practical read: if your first run is small, New Jersey has more genuinely welcoming options, and better published detail, than most states this size.

Bevcraft USA and Tripod Canning are the same company. Tripod was acquired by Ireland's Bevcraft Group in 2023 and now operates under the Bevcraft name with the same equipment and fleet — don't treat an old "Tripod Canning" reference as a second, separate facility.
